The company has three manufacturing sites: two in Italy (in the Castel Goffredo region, the most famous tights producing district in the world, where Italian hosiery and tights manufacture were born and developed) and one abroad, occupying a total area of 40,000 m² and providing work for more than 500 employees.
Our fully verticalised manufacturing cycle guarantees that every single stage of production will be constantly and efficiently monitored: from the ‘Style and Design’ department for research and development, to the weaving department that has 410 pieces of machinery and a daily production capacity of up to 200,000 pairs of tights, and then onto the stitching department, dyeing and then packaging.
Thanks to our cutting-edge production technology, highly specialised human resources, and the outstanding versatility of our production processes, it is possible for VMC to fulfil their company mission on a daily basis, which can be expressed as:
